Partnership Buy-Ins:
Space Florida is providing funding to send these Master Teachers to individual districts, thus offering ITET Workshops state-wide. Additionally, Space Florida will provide each teacher with a science kit which they may take back to their classroom. The commitment from the Florida School Districts is to pay for the stipends of the teachers attending the Workshops.
How do You Register for ITET?:
If you are interested in holding an ITET Workshop in your district, please email Dr. Larry Chew at: teducators@hotmail.com with the following request. Please remember that each Workshop is limited to 25 Florida teachers.
1) Name of your School District
2) Name of Science Supervisor, email and phone
3) Whether the Workshop is intended for Elementary, Middle or High School teachers
4) Would you like the focus of the workshop to be on a specific strand(s) and if so, which ones.
5) Please state if you would like a 3 or 5 day Workshop
6) Please give three calendar start dates, choice 1, 2 and 3.
